We have been trying to decide if we want to move into an apartment or a house... Finally, we've decided a house...seeing that I'm going to school forever now LOL and the market is good for buyers right now... sorry sellers!
If anyone wants to come with us when we start looking, let us know! We would be glad to get others' opinions of our houses we've picked as prospects. So far, we have looked at houses on like 5 different websites: yahoo, century21, remax, prudential, ummm realtors.com... maybe more but idk... I'm starting to get sick of looking at the same ones over again. LOL
Here is what we want in a house: 2-4 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, basement(preferrably finished), appliances, 800-2000 square feet, garage(not necessary, but would be nice), remodeled, stick built(NOT manufactured!)...oh and under $80K... oops I'm forgetting the most important part...NOT IN FLINT! Here are okay cities: Grand Blanc, Burton, Fenton, Linden, Swartz Creek, Mundy Twp, Davison, Durand, but NOT FLINT! LOL... we don't really want to be associated with that city...
So, if you happen to see one that meets our criteria, let us know! Or if you know a good realtor that can point us in the right direction, give us a name.
We are also looking for a GSD puppy, well at least I am looking, Mark still needs convincing lol... I want to get into Schutzhund training and competitions... My dog will be SMART and will kick your ass if you try to break in my NEW house! LOL... I've found a few prospective breeders. I want to be able to register my dog so that she can actually compete... no "MUTS" please...
I'm also job hunting... My ankle is getting so bad that, I can barely walk up and down stairs... it really blows! So, I'm searching for a job with less foot work but same pay... good luck, right? LOL I've applied for a few medical receptionist jobs... gets me into medical field and insurance field kinda at the same time... so we will see...
Well, I am back to working on my feet for now... gotta pay the bills somehow... stupid bills... Come and see me sometime! My schedule is all over the place but Friday and Sunday this weekend... will know next week on sunday... maybe i'll add a little "days im working" box in my blog... check it out! Oh yeah, for those who didn't know...I highlighted my hair blonde... thinking about making my whole head blonde... not sure though... I also need my bangs cut... my hair grows WAY too fast!

With your ankle I would be looking for a ranch style home! I AM GOING TO KID ROCK TOO WITH YOU GUYS...SO GET READY FOR THE PARTY! Good luck with the job hunting...unlike house hunting the jobs available are junk!
