BeAutiful Sunset!

Did everyone get as beautiful sunset as I saw today? Well, for those of you who didn't get the privilage, you are in luck; I caught it on camera, and I'll share it with you.

I was having some lighting issues with my camera... I don't know how to change the setting that lets the certain amount of light in... so the second picture was really dark to start, and I had to lighten it on my computer...ooh I think I hear fireworks outside... I'm gonna go enjoy them on my balcony!

Christmas lights and Mother's Day lol

So it is June 27th, and we have finally taken down our Christmas lights! woo hoo lol!

Today we did a little more packing... we cleaned off the computer desk in the "dining room" umm and packed some kitchen stuff like the blender...

I have scheduled our home phone and internet and electricity to be turned of the day after we move... just in case we don't want to move in the dark lol...
Aren't my peaches yummy looking? lol They were on sale at Meijer! mmm
Mom, this is what I got you for Mother's Day... But I kinda procrastinate...lol so Happy Mother's Day lol...

SUPRISE!!! :)

I got the Mother's Day display box from Sears... It says "Suprise Mom Mother's Day is May 13" on the side...
I am so happy that all of our family is getting into the blog! Way to start a trend Dee! lol We will take over the blog world!! Here is everyone's addresses if you've forgotten... they are already in my favorites links... Aunt Denise: lakefentonandcompany.blogspot.com Aunt Connie: deltonlakes.blogspot.com Tracy: tracyusmc.blogspot.com Grandma: lakefentonandtexas.blogspot.com and you obviously know mine since you are looking at it lol... if not look up at the address bar on your browser lol...
So, Mark's transfer is in progress... He called the Fenton store today, and they said to talk to his store about it. Hmmm... that's all for today!! Keep coming back, and thanks for the comments!

Just an update...

I just like the picture...it kinda has a summer vibe...it's from my sample pictures folder lol...

Grandma (and anyone else who was wondering), I started working at Sears at the end of April...I get to look at jewelry all day... it's okay...but it is retail, which sucks lol... but my last day is saturday! yay! lol...

So, I don't have a head count on who is helping us move... We are moving JULY 6th!! It is a Friday... So far I know that it is Me, Mark, Mom, and Ken... I can't ever get ahold of Alisha to get her to help...but she is probably working lol...

If anyone wants to take a trip out to Grand Rapids and help us out there...we need all the help we can get...but you have to be strong... we live on the 3rd floor (won't ever do that again lol)... If you have a truck, you would be great help too! We have 2 entertainment centers, 2 computer desks, 2 chairs, a matress, and a box spring that are big items... There is a pool so you can cool off!

Also, we need help unloading at my dad's... There will be free food! ;) We only have to go down 1 flight of stairs with the stuff...and there is a pond to jump in to cool off! And a couple dogs that love to play! That's Tex... he's my puppy lol well, I found him at least!

THANKS EVERYONE!! If you want to help, talk to my mom or email me! *<3*<3*

NEW HAIR!! :)

Today, we didn't do anything really, except I got my hair cut finally! I know when it is time to cut my hair because my neck starts hurting all the time; my hair gets really heavy! Now, it is much better!

My hair used to be past the middle of my back. I had 2 inches cut, then some choppy layers...it is now a little longer than the picture shows. That is all for today! I hope you enjoy this Adventure of Michelle and Mark!! *<3*<3*

Bye Bye Princess

So it is time to say goodbye to my hampster, Princess. I listed her on craigslist.com yesterday, and an interested party contacted me today about her... So, I think tomorrow he will come and get her. awww lets take this time to remember her...

<--A Close Up

trying to escape...she likes to think she can climb the glass!

Other than that, I've just been packing...we have ran out of boxes though, so Mark needs to bring some home from work. He says he tried to bring some home last night, but someone stole them. LOL! I think I am going to get my hair cut tomorrow...so I shall have Mark take some picture of me doing that so you all can see! yay!
We don't have much going on...I only have 2 more days of working at Sears! Maybe next week we will go to the beach one last time and have some pictures from that! On the 4th we are going to visit Mark's family! Yay! His nieces and nephews are so cute! I'll have to get pictures of them too! Time for bed! Buenas noches todos! Maybe I'll write a special blog in Spanish for you all to figure out some time! I need to keep up the practice! LOVE YOU GUYS!

Welcome

Hey everyone! I just thought I would follow the trend and start a blog of my own! Now, you all will be facinated by the exciting adventures of Michelle and Mark...haha!

We are currently packing up all of our stuff to move. For those of you who are unaware, I am transfering from Grand Valley State University to The University of Michigan Flint to finish my Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Mathematics! Our progress so far...

We are stacking up the packed boxes in our closet, so that we can re-paint our bedroom white before we move out. We are also trying not to over buy groceries so that we don't have tons of food that has to be kept cool on the 2 hour drive across state. I think we are doing pretty well; what do you think?

Just some fruit, chicken, and ice cream left in the freezer.

I hope you all enjoy this first installment of The Adventures of Michelle and Mark! Keep coming back!
