Okay, so I totally LOVE this house. It is foreclosed. It started at $82,500 and has went down $5000 to $77,500 in about a week. Motivated? I'd say so (at least we HOPE so... LOL). Well, here it is: (comments are definitely necessary for viewing... lol)

nice slide show. Isn't it amazing thinking you may live "here" when looking at homes. I didn't like this house when we first looked at it, now I love it so much!!
How is the roof?? I like the looks from the pictures.. Make offer even lower.. you never know.
I veiwed all and likedScott Dr. at67,000 and Bleck dr. at 77,000 and I also agree with Mary, Make offer lower so you can get a feel how bad they want to sell. Try and find faults like the age of roof for bargaining levers. You are on the right tract kiddo!!!! Good luck Grandma Beth
